Pride Toronto And The 519 Announce New Partnership, Will Co-Host Starry Night

8th edition of must-attend outdoor soirée becomes an official Pride event
This year's Starry Night, the most anticipated outdoor soirée of the Pride calendar, will be co-hosted by Pride Toronto and The 519, the organizations announced today. This groundbreaking partnership will see Toronto's leading LGBTQ organizations team-up to deliver an incredible celebration and fundraising event for the vital programs and services offered by The 519.
Now in it's 8th year, Starry Night has become a fun and festive must-attend event on the Thursday evening of Pride’s final weekend (Thursday 25 June 2015). Part of The 519's Green Space Festival, Starry Night brings together the who's who of Toronto society; celebrities, designers, media personalities, politicians and community leaders all come together under the stars to celebrate our diverse communities.
“The partnership between Pride Toronto and The 519 is exciting news for our organizations and for Toronto's LGBTQ community,” saidMargo Foster, Chair of the Board at The 519. “Starry Night is one of The 519's biggest annual fundraising events and it has always served as the unofficial kick-off to Pride weekend.
