Are you sick of the same old abdominal exercises? The basic sit-ups, crunches, decline sit-ups, etc. are certainly effective, but really start to get boring when you've been doing them for several years.
Over the last several years I have been coming up with my own creative and very effective abdominal and oblique exercises and this has definitely kept me motivated to train core and to somewhat enjoy it at the same time.
