Ready to build some 'Bulging Biceps'? 

Well, here are a few great bicep exercises that I like to do that will help you to build some amazing biceps. Really focus on the tight squeeze through the biceps at the top of your curl too. 

This is also a bit of a throwback video as well as it was filmed back in about 2010 when '4 Time Mr. Olympia' Jay Cutler and I were working on the FitnessVTC website together. Those were some great times for sure. :-)
