TIRIED OF APPLE?

Over the past few months, Apple has gone from That Cool Little-Brother Company to a Whiny Little-Brother Company".  Is anyone getting tired of it?

1. The Google/Apple employee hiring debacle:  Apple tried to make an (illegal) agreement with Google which said they would refrain from hiring each other's employees. Google, stating this was unlawful, declined the offer.

2. Right after Google declined Apple's illegal employment agreement, Apple began to reject all Google applications for a number of suspect reasons, which are being debated in court right now.

3. Why won't they let the Palm Pre sync with iTunes?  Does anyone actually care if it can?  As soon as Apple releases a new version of iTunes, Palm releases a new version of their Palm Sync software, which then allows it to sync.  Within a few weeks time, Apple releases a small version update which kills it.

4. Flash on your iPhone.  Why is it that the most popular smart phones in North America doesn't have Flash capabilities?  Because Apple won't budge on their lame restrictions.

5. Mac Vs. PC commercials.  They were cute a year ago, but now they are just tired.  Since Apple is the only one mocking Windows 7 while everyone else is praising it, they just look ridiculous.  My advice:  fix your own operating system before you mock another – Why not do something about that "guest account deletes ALL YOUR FILES" glitch in Snow Leopard? I would have loved that a month ago.

6.  Apple's arbitrary and inconsistent App store approval process--it's gotten so bad that developers are rejecting the Apple App store instead of Apple rejecting the developers.  It was nice having a Facebook App, but the developer has decided to no longer support the store.

As much as I love my iPhone, I'm tired of Apple's elitist attitude when it sounds like a grumpy little brother.
